The Russian market for IT products and services is experiencing tremendous growth as the Russian population becomes richer, Russian corporations invest in modernization, and the government promotes its national eRussia program to upgrade the country's IT potential.

In addition, Russia's capability and reputation as an international software development and engineering center is flourishing. Canadian and multinational companies are using it to increase their competitiveness in the international marketplace either via simple contracting or more complex investment deals.
