Please find here some news about preparations for the next Software Outsourcing Summit 2003. First of all, we would like to remind you that this year, it's the 300th anniversary of our city. That's why we kindly recommend you, if you are thinking about your participation, to register as soon as possible, because the prices will be almost double when we will come closer to the dates of the Summit.
1. Open competition for the presentations of the Best Software Solutions
The Organizing Committee has announced a competition for the best presentation at the Technology Solutions Panel. Over 30 companies have already applied for the competition, and it is still going on. The presentations will be collected till March 31st and the Organizing Committee, as well as invited experts will vote for the best presentation and the results will be posted on the web site of the Summit. Every IT solutions and service provider interested to participate are welcome to send a brief summary of their presentation to the Organizing Committee. You can find the list of all applicants on the web site as well.
2. Registration is going on
Now we have 40 registered companies and we encourage all interested participants to submit their registration. You can find information about registered companies on the web site as well. Every registered company has an opportunity to edit their profile on the web site of the Summit and book meetings online by themselves, without any interference from the Organizing Committee.
3. The Summit is more than a simple exhibition
Several events will be held within the framework of the Summit or aside it, in co-operation with the Organizing Committee. There will be the General Meeting of AICTO - Asia ICT Organization - which will take place before the Summit. Also, a seminar about Knowledge Management will be organized together with BITKOM and Government of Leningrad Region. A large group of CIOs and CTOs from U.S. will join the Summit.
