Technology Outsourcing Systems to Participate in the 2003 Outsourcing Summit

Technology Outsourcing Systems (TechOutSys), Denmark, is set to participate in the upcoming RUSSSOFT Software Outsourcing Summit 2003, taking place in St. Petersburg, Russia, June 25-27.

The key theme of the contribution focuses on how the potential for IT cooperation across the Baltic Sea can be realized - what do Russian and Scandinavian companies need to do in order develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
