Arcadia, Inc. will participate in Software Outsourcing Summit 2003 in St.-Petersburg

The Software Outsourcing Summit is organized by the "Fort Ross Information Technology Services" consortium and the National Software Development Association "RUSSOFT". The Summit will take place in the "Gelios" hotel in Zelenogorsk, a picturesque suburb of Saint Petersburg. Over 500 representatives of software development companies and IT associations are expected to attend the Summit. This year, the Summit will take place for the third time. It is the largest event in the areas of IT outsourcing, offshore software development, and international IT co-operation in Russia.
