Dear colleagues,
We are addressing You regarding possible partnership with the largest IT outsourcing event in Russia - The Third RUSSOFT Software Outsourcing Summit, to be held in St Petersburg, 25th - 27th of June 2003.
Software Outsourcing Summit is the best known and the largest event in the field of IT outsourcing, offshore software development and international IT co-operation in Russia, CIS countries and Eastern Europe. It will be organized for the third time year 2003, and it will be an unique opportunity because this year and this month (May 2003) the City of St Petersburg will celebrate its 300th anniversary. The attention of the whole international community will be drawn to our fantastic city and it will become a real center of international co-operation, contacts between nations, a gateway to Europe and the whole world.
The main goal of the Summit is to build a bridge between IT outsourcing buyers and providers, show the best examples of software development projects executed by Russian companies and to make a platform for matchmaking meetings and contacts.
The Summit will bring over 500 participants to St Petersburg from all Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, the Baltic States, Scandinavian countries, USA, Japan, Germany, etc. Over 300 companies will participate in the Summit and over 50 companies will show their products and technologies at the exhibition ground. The Summit is one of the largest international events in the field of IT in St Petersburg, and it grows by 1,5 times every year.
The Summit will be supported by Russian Government - Ministries of Communication and Industry and City of St Petersburg. The organizers are Consortium Fort-Ross and Russian Software Development Association RUSSOFT. The Software Outsourcing Summit will be held in one of the most beautiful palaces of St Petersburg used as a conference center.
Now the date of the next Summit is determined and we are looking for information partners of the Summit, media sponsors, IT associations and other organizations to be affiliated with. The second Software Outsourcing Summit was supported by seven international and national IT Associations - BITKOM (Germany), NOA (UK), ScotlandIS (UK), VIW (Austria), NVTC (USA), ITEK (Denmark), UASWD (Ukraine). We had over 20 media sponsors as well.
We cordially welcome your organization to become an information partner of the Summit 2003.
