Reksoft Accomplishes A Year of Success

St. Petersburg, Russia - March 1, 2006 - Reksoft, one of the flagship software outsourcing companies in Russia, closed the year of 2005 showing 87 % growth and reaching the turnover of 8.9 mln USD.
Reksoft, founded in 1991 in St Petersburg, is one of the leading offshore software development companies in Russia. It offers a full range of software engineering, development and maintenance services, including deployment of dedicated development centers.
2005 proved to be a successful year for Reksoft. The company showed an increase in revenue of 87 percent reaching the sales volume of 8.9 million USD. Reksoft expanded its customer base attracting new clients such as Germany’s most popular TV channel ProSieben, mail service company Francotyp-Postalia, and two largest European systems integrators.
A significant achievement of the past year is the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner award that Reksoft received as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for its competency in Software Solutions. Reksoft has been a Microsoft Partner since 2002 and has two proven competencies: "ISV/Software Solutions" and "Microsoft Business Solutions", which speaks for Reksoft experience in deploying Microsoft Business Solutions-Navision and Microsoft customer relationship management solutions.
In the past year Reksoft secured an equity investment from MartinsonTrigon, a Nordic venture capitalist fund. Reksoft thus became the first Russian software outsourcing company to enjoy an investment from a Western private equity partnership targeting the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) sector. The investment will be used with the purpose to preserve the Reksoft growth strategies and to expand operations in the target markets in the United States and Europe.
With the strengthening acceptance of Russia as a credible IT outsourcing destination, Reksoft was repeatedly mentioned in analytical research papers with a focus on the Russian software outsourcing market, published by such accepted industry leaders as AMR Research and IDC. CMP Global Services and neoIT, an outsourcing advisory, positively distinguished Reksoft as one of the two Russian IT services companies named in the Global Services 100 list of the world’s most innovative service providers.
