Reksoft Deployed Document Management Solution at Philip Morris Business Unit

Reksoft implemented a document management solution for the Moscow office of "Philip Morris Sales and Marketing". The solution was developed on the Documentum 5i enterprise content management platform, a complete family of products that delivers capabilities to create, manage, and archive all enterprise content.
Deployment of the DMS solution enabled employees of the Philip Morris Moscow business unit to efficiently manage their enterprise content, using the highly scalable and flexible platform and content services uniquely packaged by the Documentum platform.
The main objectives of the project were to automate contract management, aiding in contract coordination inside the company and raising the security level of the internal information systems.
Reksoft is a partner of EMC Documentum since 2001, offering integrated software solutions based on Documentum products. In the past two years Reksoft has implemented Documentum-based projects in a dozen of large Russian enterprises from the telecommunications and financial services sectors.
