The report, prepared by Gartner Group leading analysts in the area of global sourcing Joseph Feiman and Ian Marriott, highlights the current status of Russia in the world IT market.
The report focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the Russian ESPs and offers recommendation for further growth of the market share of Russian vendors in Western Europe and North America.
The analysts point out that despite such benefits as large and skilled workforce, excellent university system and growing track record, Russian companies still need to develop a focus on export revenue from IT services, supported by a strong industry association with government backing. A number of the largest ESPs from Russia are mentioned throughout the report, Reksoft being one of them.
