MOSCOW. April 26 (Interfax) - U.S. company Hewlett-Packard (HP), a world leader in producing computer equipment, has opened a hi-tech center in Moscow.
Investments in the center will be $12 million over the next five years, the company's Russian representation said in a press release.
The center will design, test and demonstrate complex issues, as well as hold learning seminars and training. It will also be the first HP expert center in the oil and gas sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the release says.
The center will be connected to the world wide web and to all HP centers, which currently number more than 80.
