Offshore and onshore outsourcing services continue to be a popular and progressive sector, according to figures from the International Data Cooperation (IDC).

The global market for outsourcing, including IT support in London, is currently marked at around £230 billion. The figures published by the IDC expect this to rise to around £345 billion.
Industry specialists believe the market to be booming and IT support in London looks set to be part of this continued industry rise.
