Arvato systems, Reksoft business partner in Germany, will host the one-day workshop "Offshore-IT made in Germany - Efficient Solutions for Software Enterprises".
The workshop will bring together the executives of large and mid-size German enterprises interested in exploiting the benefits of IT outsourcing. The speakers will touch upon the practical issues of outsourcing software projects and will share their successful experience in offshore outsourcing.
A totally new scheme of cooperation will be presented to prospective German customers. The partnership between arvato systems and Reksoft gives the opportunity for them to benefit from the software development outsourcing to Reksoft, while using arvato systems as the general contractor and thus minimizing risks and increasing efficiency.
Alexander Egorov, Reksoft CEO, will present the "offshore development center" (ODC) business model, which is one of the most common practices in organizing the outsourcing process. He will give examples of ODCs for European customers that have been recently built at Reksoft.
