Aplana enters into equity relationship with GRT Corporation, its US partner

Aplana Software, Moscow based software services provider, announced that it entered into a definitive equity agreement with GRT Corporation, a Stamford, Connecticut, USA based business and IT consulting company (GRT).
According to the agreement signed at the last quarter of 2003, GRT has been granted a certain number of Aplana shares and it has committed to a certain annual business volume. The agreement stipulates granting of additional number of Aplana shares annually.

ODC is becoming a major implementation force based on a highly effective delivery model developed jointly by Aplana and GRT. This model assumes forming a customer dedicated "core team" at the very early stages of cooperation, tight communications and real-time information exchange on both, project and business levels, and joint long-term workload/resource planning.
