In the spirit of partnership, LUXOFT goal is to learn from each other to ensure that it is addressing its clients' needs and helping them attain their objectives.

At LUXOFT, - nothing is more important than our customers. LUXOFT started as a result of listening to professionals, talk about their business challenges and the issues they deal with daily. In order to further open communication between the company's clients and partners, LUXOFT has decided to set up a customer advisory board. This organization will enable LUXOFT to share with the Board members on a regular basis its achievements, plans, new initiatives and give members a forum to tell LUXOFT what they need and how LUXOFT can help its customers achieve their goals.

"We expect that the regular Board meetings will allow us to gather feedback about LUXOFT's strategic direction, how that direction supports our customer's future needs and will provide real world counsel on what we are doing right, what we are doing wrong and most important - how to stay competitive, - commented Dmitry Loschinin, CEO of LUXOFT. We would like to discuss our customers' business strategies and the industry trends to match them for their success and prosperity. We believe that such a regular communication will enable our customers and partners to learn more from each other about proven ways to maximize benefits from the growing IT industry potential.

The first Customer Advisory Board meeting focus was LUXOFT new business strategy on the world markets. LUXOFT presented plan of technologies development envisaging considerable investments in R&D activity for soft computing, biometrics and simulation modeling. LUXOFT will concentrate on further development of industry domain expertise in such sectors as IT, finance, aerospace, manufacturing and federal sector. In 2003 LUXOFT plans to increase the number of employees up to 450 and launch new development centers in regions. For further penetration of international markets LUXOFT will open representative office on the East Coast in US and its first office in Europe. To support increasing client's technological demands the company will continue actively develop two models of partnership - partnership to create joint service offerings and partnership to create a strategic value in cooperation.

"I strongly believe that such meetings are imperative for continuation of mutually beneficial relations in outsourcing projects. They provide a platform for a constructive dialogue between customer and provider aimed at joint developing of long-term IT strategies powered by better understanding of advanced technologies and developer's ability to deploy them for the benefit of customer's business" - concluded Skip Sampelayo, Director of Boeing Corporation, one of the Board members.
