Jan 28, 2003
AMHERST, NH - Auriga Inc., an Amherst-based IT consultancy with a well-established software engineering operation in Russia, is proud to join the Software Outsourcing Summit 2003 to be held June 25-27 in St.Petersburg, Russia. The Software Outsourcing Summit, which will be held for a third consecutive year, has become one of the largest and best known events in IT outsourcing in Russia, CIS countries and Eastern Europe. The upcoming forum will take place when St.Petersburg celebrates its 300th anniversary and, thus, will provide a unique opportunity for strengthening international cooperation and contacts in all cultural and business areas including IT. The city will be the center of global attraction and will become a real gateway from Russia to Europe and to the entire World.
"The Software Outsourcing Summit continues to foster international collaboration and intensive knowledge exchange," said Alexis Sukharev, Auriga's President and a Member of the RUSSOFT Board. "The Russian market is becoming more mature and more attractive for Western technology companies but we cannot ignore the difficulties they meet entering it. Our company has twelve year experience in offshore IT outsourcing in Russia and we are open to sharing our vast knowledge with Russian and Western partners and colleagues. Auriga is pleased to participate in such a momentous event."
The Summit aims:
The Summit is supported by the Russian Government (Ministry of Communications and Informatization, and Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology) as well as by the St.Petersburg Government.
