The organizing committee of the third Software Outsourcing Summit (www.soft-outsourcing.com) would like to inform you about the evolution of the event preparation.
1. The finalists of the contest "the Best technological solutions" were determined:
The Organizing Committee has revealed the winners of the contest on "presentations of the Best technological solutions produced by Russian-speaking software engineers" which was announced on 4.01.2003. The winners will have the opportunity to make a presentation, free-of-charge, in the section "Best IT solutions from Russia".

2. All places on the exhibition ground are occupied:
Two months prior to the beginning of the Software Outsourcing Summit 2003, all the exhibition places at the event are sold! On the exhibition ground, the exhibitors will be: Arcadia, Aplana, Auriga, EPAM, E-Style Software House, eVelopers, IBA, Jensen Technologies, Kvazar-Micro Corp., Lanit-Tercom, Prognoz, RealEast Networks, TEKOM, Technology Outsourcing Systems, etc. You can look the Plan of the exhibition ground at: http://www.soft-outsourcing.com/index.asp?file=exhibition.
3. AICTO General Meeting is cancelled:
AICTO General Meeting, which should be held in 24.06.2003 as a parallel event of the Summit, is cancelled due to the impossibility for the Japanese delegation to travel. The cancellation will not affect the agenda for the rest of the Summit.
4. Presentation of the "Russia ICT Connector Project"
On the 27.06.2003 will be held the presentation of the "Russia ICT Connector Project" (organized by International Finance Corporation and FINPRO, Finland), followed by a press-conference. A representative of NOKIA will make a statement during the presentation.
5. The sponsors of the Summit are determined:
