Stand of Russian, Ukrainian and Byelorussian Developers at CeBIT International Exhibition
During March 10 -16, 2005 the largest IT exhibition CeBIT will take place in Hanover, Germany. First time Russian-speaking developers from Russia, Ukraine and Byelorussia are going to be represented by joint stand.

During March 10 -16, 2005 the largest IT exhibition CeBIT will take place in Hanover, Germany. First time Russian-speaking developers from Russia, Ukraine and Byelorussia are going to be represented by joint stand. This will give an opportunity to represent all Russian-speaking IT branch as the serous business rival for India and other countries with developed outsourcing industry as well as highlight the leadership of Russian software developers.
The idea of joint participation for Russian-speaking companies belongs to IT-Ukraine Association and RUSSOFT. First time the stand of Russian-speaking IT Association appeared on CeBIT in 2001. At that time the independent "Russian Software Pavilion" was organized by "Fort-Ross" Consortium as well as official Russian Pavilion, organized by Ministry of Education and Science of RF. During following 3 years "Fort-Ross" organized Russian Pavilions on CeBIT until united with the leading Association of Software Developers and turned into RUSSOFT. Nowadays RUSSOFT unifies over 75 leading software developing companies of Russia, Ukraine and Byelorussia. "Fort-Ross", marketing agency of RUSSOFT, this year is the technical organizer of this stand.
Cooperation between RUSSOFT Association, IT-Ukraine and National Infopark (Byelorussia) was established in June 2004. That allowed to make new arrangements with the CeBIT organizers and receive larger space (150 squared meters, one and a half times more) as well as attract 25 (two times more) companies then last year. Among the participants of CIS Pavilion on CeBIT-2005 are Auriga, EPAM-Systems, Lanit-Terkom, IBA, Reksoft, Extracode, Infopulse, Miratech, Softline and many more.
First time our Pavilion will be two-storied (negotiation area as well as hall for events will be on the second floor). This will allow a solid presentation for Russian-speaking software developers in comparison with India, Malaysia, China, Rumania and all other countries in the Pavilion (#8), which was specially singled out by CeBIT organizers for outsourcing companies.
IT Minister of Russian Federation, Mr. L.D. Reiman, was invited to participate in the key-events of the stand, considering the integration significance of the Russian-speaking companies from CIS.
