Mr.Harris Miller – president of WITSA (World IT&Service Alliance) – will greet participants of ROSS 2005 on June 15 at the Plenary Session. WITSA is consortium of 67 information technology (IT) industry associations from economies around the World. WITSA members represent over 90 percent of the world IT market, it is the organizer of bi-annual World Congress on IT (WCIT) which are the biggest IT Forums in the World.

IBA will be a silver sponsor of the Summit
IBA, the largest IT provider in Eastern Europe and a top offshore global service provider in Central and Eatern Europe, is Silver Sponsor of the Summit. A ROSS participant since 2002, IBA will showcase its services and solutions at a section entitled "Best Practices of IT Outsourcing" and present Belarus at the Country Reception.

The program of the Swedish-Russian IT Outsourcing seminar that will take place on June 15th in frames of ROSS-2005 has been updated.
During the seminar organized jointly by the Swedish Trade Council, "Fort Ross" Ltd and RUSSOFT Association, participants will learn about the cooperation in the IT sphere in the Baltic sea region, will meet with Swedish companies interested in doing software development business with Russia. Delegation from Sweden is expected to be formed by 30-40 high rank managers from IT business. Russian IT companies that are currently working on software development projects with Scandinavian businesses will share their experience. The seminar will be followed next day by intensive match-making.

The special tutorial about legal aspects of IPR protection in outsourcing projects by Maxim Voltchenko, Duane Morris LLP will take place on the second day of the Summit.
As a dual-qualified U.S. and Russian lawyer, Max Voltchenko specializes in trademark law, copyrights, trade secrets, software development outsourcing, and transfer of technology.
