RUSSOFT Association and Outsourcing-Russia.com, a non-profit portal dedicated to outsourcing of software development to Russia, announce the May 10th launch of a co-branded Web portal of the Russian software development industry. The joint portal will be available at both www.russoft.org and www.russoft.org. The objective of this merging is the creation of the united Web resource to increase competitive strength of the Russian software and IT-product development industry on international markets.
