RVC and Partner Invest in St. Petersburg Tech Incubator
The RVC Infrafund, an RVC investment arm which supports infrastructure projects, has partnered with with Bargan Venture to invested in VChemTech, an incubator nurturing projects from St. Petersburg State Institute of Technology

The investment will be used to improve project selection and development, promote the incubator’s innovation technologies and connect residents with potential customers.
The VChemTech business incubator focuses on projects in the fields of energy efficiency, IT and telecommunications, nanotechnologies, microelectronics, instrumentation, and biomedical devices.
"VChemTech is our first investment in a method for commercializing technology from a Russian university whose core activity is doing fundamental research," said Alexander Loktev, CEO of RVC Infrafund.
