Novosoft took part at round table "Telecommunication industry in Siberia: Today and Tomorrow"

The round table was hosted by the Administration of Deputy President for Siberian territory, Administration of Novosibirsk region, Novosibirsk City Administration, Novosibirsk region House of Representatives, Regional Association "Sibirskoe Soglashenie", Association of Siberian and Far East cities. The event took place at an International exhibit center "Siberian Fair".
The participants of the round table meeting discussed the current problems and prospects of the Siberian IT companies, opportunities related to government support of the industry, as well as the possibility of developing information networks for the government authorities. A part of the event was a videoconference with a First Deputy Minister of Information Andrey Korotkov.
Serge Kovalyov, a director of Novosoft (Novosibirsk), was one of the event participants. He presented a report on the development prospects for Novosibirsk software companies. Also, he reported on the performance of the non-for-profit partnership "SibAcademSoft", focused on IT development in the area.
