Arcadia, Inc. participated in Software Outsourcing Summit 2003 in St.Petersburg

The Software Outsourcing Summit is organized by the "Fort Ross Information Technology Services" consortium and the National Software Development Association RUSSOFT. The Summit took place in the "Gelios" hotel in Zelenogorsk, a picturesque suburb of Saint Petersburg. Over 500 representatives of software development companies and IT associations have attended the Summit. This year, the Summit took place for the third time. It is the largest event in the areas of IT outsourcing, offshore software development, and international IT co-operation in Russia.

Arcadia, Inc. is an information sponsor of the Summit. Arcady Khotin, the president of Arcadia, Inc., moderated the roundtable discussion "Overcoming the cultural differences, Russia-Scandinavia Case Study" that has been held in the frameworks of the "High Tech Solutions from Russia" panel.
