RUSSOFT Forum 2007 formerly known as Russian Outsourcing and Software Summit took place in Pribaltiyskaya Hotel.
This year the conference was brought back to St. Petersburg from Moscow in the middle of the fabulous “white nights” season which couldn’t but gladden the delegates.
