The Seminar on the Russian Legislation in the Sphere of IT and Software Development

The seminar aimed to address the lack of knowledge in the sphere of the Russian legislation is planned for February this year. It is organized under the umbrella of the QA Chapter, established in Saint Petersburg last year. The Finnish firm Hedman is supposed to the be an official seminar provider. Being a proved professional in all matters regarding legislation Hedman combines good understanding of the Russian local market with the best international practices. ICT Connector Project subsides the full cost of the seminar and it is free of charge for the project participants. The date of the seminar will be announced until the January 16, 2004.
