Artezio teaming with dbMotion in development partnership of healthcare information technology software
Dec 22, 2009
Artezio, part of the Lanit Group, a leading provider of software development outsourcing services is teaming with dbMotion, a global leader of health interoperability solutions, to develop dbMotion’s cutting edge healthcare information technology software.
"This successful development partnership, began in November 2008, has provided us with the expertise we were looking for to support our in-house team of developers," said Boris Giterman, dbMotion’s vice president of research and development. "Artezio has been invaluable in assisting us in multiple areas of application development essential to rapidly meeting the needs of our current and future customers and partners." Artezio’s team are working in tandem with dbMotion’s research and development groups on various software developments that include .NET, Java and database development.
The mutual beneficial cooperation between Artezio and dbMotion has already been lasted for a year. At present the joint Artezio-dbMotion team is working on new versions of the dbMotion™ Solution (a proven SOA-based platform that enables healthcare organizations and exchanges to meaningfully integrate and leverage their information assets, driving improvements in the quality, safety and efficiency of patient care). The project goal is to optimize care transformation through the creation of a virtual patient record that logically connects patient information in existing systems without requiring their replacement. By providing access to integrated patient information the solution connects care settings, bridging gaps that often exist between inpatient/acute care and community care, and demonstrates a compelling return on investment (ROI).
"The need for software development used in the healthcare market is an increasing element of our business," said Pavel Adylin, Artezio’s CEO. "The opportunity to work with dbMotion, a leader in its market, has enabled us to broaden our exposure to new applications as well as providing support for their ever-growing sales activities."
