Reksoft CEO to Uncover Software Outsourcing Experience in Germany

Reksoft CEO was invited to speak at a major event on IT Outsourcing in Germany. The User Forum IT Outsourcing 2005 conference was hosted by Bitkom, Germany's IT Services association. It provided an excellent opportunity for both end users and service providers to exchange best practices and to discuss the lessons learned in their software outsourcing experiences.

Among the topics explored at the conference were strategic aspects of software outsourcing, sourcing models and building successful outsourcing partnerships in offshore software development.

At the same conference last year, Alexander Egorov, Reksoft CEO, and a representative of Swisscom Mobile AG were invited to share with the audience a thorough description of the successful cooperation between the Reksoft offshore software development team and the leading Swiss mobile operator.

At this year's conference Alexander Egorov focused on the "offshore development center" (ODC) business model, which is one of the most common practices in organizing the outsourcing process. He gave examples of ODCs for European customers that had been recently built at Reksoft.
