The venue for the Software Outsourcing Summit 2004 will be Hotel Pulkovskaya

Hotel Pulkovskaya is now renovated and has become the largest congress hotel in St Petersburg with the best quality and ability to host international conferences up to 600 persons. The new conference and exhibition halls are added to the venue which gives us a possibility to move our Software Outsourcing Summit to that location.
