Two of Top 100 IT Executives (Computerworld's award) will speak at the Summit
The Organizing Committee is happy to announce that two of top 100 IT executives named by ComputerWorld will participate in the Summit – Dave Hammond from Cardinal Health and Yuri Oguiar from Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. They will present their vision of benefits and challenges of offshore outsourcing.

Reksoft will sponsor the panel with leading IT analysts speaking about Russia’s place on the world map
One of the leading IT service providers in Russia, Reksoft, will sponsor the panel where top analytical agencies will present their view of Russia – Forrester Research, Gartner Group, IDC.

Intel Russia sponsors the panel devoted to "brain drain" problems
Brain drain – is it still a problem in Russian IT society, or is Russia facing another problem in IT educational system? This issue will be discussed at the panel organized and sponsored by Intel Nizhny Novgorod.

The featured country is Sweden
Sweden will participate with a large delegation and will organize a seminar over IT outsourcing opportunities for Swedish companies in the framework of the Summit. The partner and co-organizer from the Swedish side is Swedish Trade Council which predicts the participation of at least 20 Swedish companies.

Two more world leaders in the IT: United States and Israel will be in the focus of discussions within a Panel devoted to their National markets and to cooperation opportunities with Russian companies.
USA will be represented by Mr.Harris Miller – president of IT American Association (ITAA) and President of the World IT&Service Alliance (WITSA).
Mr. Uri Har will represent Israel as Managing Director of the Israel Electronics and Information Association.

Networking is the key issue
The Summit will give an excellent networking opportunity as always. Among the planned networking and cultural events we can mention Gala Dinner in the President Putin’s new residence, Konstantinovsky Palace, Countries’ cocktail (where participants will make their country presentations for the audience), Matchmaking Session (half a day event devoted to B2B talks), exhibition of the leading IT service providers in front of the main hall.
