Project Title: WorkFlow automation system
The Challenge
In large enterprises, processing, coordination of documents, and control over execution of the accepted decisions demand significant efforts and time. In most cases, it is impossible to get the actual status of documents, and decisions about them coordinating the previous stages. To solve these problems, and also to optimize the existing document processing, management and decision making, the top-management of the metallurgical factory decided to implement "OPTiMA-WorkFlow" system in their factory. (www.optima-workflow.com)The Solution
Introduction of this system has allowed the automation of such important processes of office-work as document search, their transfer from one executor to another, the multilevel statement of documents. At the present moment the "OPTiMA-WorkFlow" system is deployed on 97 workstations. In the future they plan to deploy it on 200 workstations, as well as to integrate with ERP-system "Axapta", which is being introduced in the factory.
All this will allow the factory to move from paper document office-work to electronic office-work using electronic digital signature.
