The Challenge

From the prospect of VoIP services provider the most important/mission-critical part of the business is establishing the correct billing routine based on selecting the right land-line tariff over time and generating own tariff plans that would bring value to the operator’s business.

The challenge was to develop a core information system for Voice over IP business that would manage mission-critical tasks and also provide ultimate connectivity in terms of data export/import.

The Solution

We delivered flexible .NET-based solution for administration of billing procedures that dynamically reads land-line operators’ tariffs and automatically routes customers’ calls over the proper network. The system is smart enough to even generate VoIP operator’s own tariff plans and provide multi-level reselling support.
