The need of a tool provides for content import from various version control systems into the SubVersion repository.

The Solution

SVNImporterThe SVNImporter tool provides for content import from various version control systems into the SubVersion repository. SVNImporter can be used for periodic and incremental synchronization of changes.
The following systems are supported now:
  • CVS.
  • PVCS.
  • VSS.
  • ClearCase.
  • MKS.
For each system the maximum set of functions is listed that may be a project on SubVersion, such as - tags, labels, branches etc is supported.
The system automatically fixes non-critical mistakes in repository-sources.
