Project Title: Platelayout-editor maintenance system

The Challenge

The CLIENT specializes in the discovery and development of new drugs, undertaken for all of the global top 20 pharmacy companies. They are one of the world leaders in biology, screening and chemistry services employing over 600 employees, with a turnover of T70 million.

Their High-throughput screening involves the mass testing of compound libraries, typically containing thousands of compounds, for biological activity in an established assay format (e.g. pipetting from micro-scale to nano-scale, dispensing additional fluids, evaporation steps or measurement with reader devices).

The Platelayout-editor maintenance system was developed to maintain and manage the accuracy of the process.

The Solution

The new system controls the sequencing and accuracy of the scientific processes. It also provides:
