Project Title: Client First CRM Web Portal
The Challenge
Deutsche Bank required an application to provide users with a flexible workspace that links Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information with other business critical content. The workspace would provide proprietary and external client information ensuring a comprehensive overview of client relationships. The application would improve customer relationship quality and efficiency. The Solution
LUXOFT developed the Client First CRM web portal for the Bank’s Global Corporate Finance division. The Client First solution went on to be named a "Highly Recommended" technology for wholesale banking by the industry publication Banking Technology (www.bankingtech.com).The application was deployed within a portal framework and is based on a three-tier design. All data is stored in an Oracle database and is retrieved through the business-logic layer and displayed through a web-based user interface.
Innovations introduced into the web-based, remotely accessible system include a Think Map module that displays client data in three dimensions, the construction of a main work area that gives users access to all system functions from one location, and a feature that allows each user to customize his or her application environment. The program’s interface is intuitive and presents a look and feel in concert with the most well-known and popular business applications.
Client First was developed using LUXOFT’s project management/product lifecycle approach, a software development methodology that prefers the use of numerous small teams. This approach creates efficiencies of scale that allow for smaller, frequent code releases that can be quickly analyzed and tested.
The Client First application aggregates data from many external sources into one centralized system. The data can be easily used by bankers to quickly evaluate clients. The system has advanced search functions and is highly secure.
