Project Title: Department of Education and Training of Thai Nguyen has implemented TrueConf Server to cut the expenses and time consumption on business trips of employees

The Challenge

The Thai Nguyen Department of Education and Training employs more than 200 people. Each week the department has to gather all of its employees for work meetings. Since Thai Nguyen City is very large, with a lot of remote areas, the department dealt with expenses arising under transportation and accommodation of employees. That is why the Department of Education and Training decided to substitute their traditional meetings with online conferences aiming for cutting their expenses and time consumption.

The department was looking for a troubleproof solution that will stay modern for the next several years while being reasonably priced.

The Solution

Thanks to TrueConf Server’s ability to integrate with any equipment the Department of Education and Training could quickly create high-quality connection between its 9 branch-offices.

It is worth noting that TrueConf allowed the clients to cut the expenses and time consumption on business trips of the employees. This, in its turn, improved the department’s financial state and allowed it to invest more resources in its IT infrastructure in order to comply with government’s demands.

Previously the clients used only conference rooms, but now thanks to TrueConf’s flexibility and ease of use they can organize video conferences from any computer.

Due to the purpose of the Department of Education and Training of Thai Nguyen had a huge demand on conferences and meetings, with about 200 attendees at each meeting. Thai Nguyen city is huge with many remote areas, so travel and accommodation cost time and money. Thai Nguyen Department of Education and Training understands the difficulties and want to replace traditional meetings to online conferences in order to reduce these expenses and time consumption.
