The Challenge

The mortgage banking industry is experiencing a period of tremendous consolidation, forcing firms like our client to offer better service to its existing large customers. Because our client operates on a flat-fee model for its legal services, it must ensure its daily operations are as efficient as possible. They realized better service through increased productivity is key to meeting the demands of these new, more powerful mortgage banking customers.

The Solution

E-Style Software built a custom case management system called MasterView Default Manager that the client will use to replace the firm's current system for managing caseload. The system effectively links their central office to its regional offices in 32 states through a high-performance Web-based system.

MasterView provides employees with the tools they need to automate the complex process of bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings and manage tasks effectively to avoid delays in processing. With this powerful workflow automation and management system, users are able to create new case files, modify case files, assign tasks, generate quotes, build transaction reports, enter client information, and query the database for specific case files - all through a browser interface. CMS also integrates with their internal billing system to generate and manage customer invoices in real-time.
