The forum is organized by RUSSOFT Association together with ADMIN Ltd. company in order to help establish direct dialogue between software developers for mobile devices and mobile Telecom providers, providers of mobile software platforms, manufacturers of smartphones and mobile communicators as well as content providers, etc.
