The second year running Russia will participate in Comdex Scandinavia with a national Pavillion. Last Comdex Nordic was a success as a whole and a big success for the Russian Pavilion organized by Fort-Ross. 14 companies from several regions in Russia participated in the Pavillion and it gained large interest from the visitors.
Next Comdex Scandinavia will get even more "Russian profile". The second day of the show will be declared as Russian Day. Representatives of Russian government and top managers from Russian IT industry will become keynote speakers at the Comdex Conference. Special VIP reception and party in the Pavilion will be organized. A separate press-conference will be devoted to the Russian Pavilion at Comdex Scandinavia. The head of Russian delegation will participate in the official opening of the trade show and press-conference as well as in the round table for IT Associations in the Baltic region and Northern Europe.
The Russian Pavilion is 100 square meters situated in the very centre of the exhibition hall. 18 companies are supposed to participate in the Pavilion year 2003. The organizers are Consortium Fort-Ross, www.fort-ross.ru and RUSSOFT Association, www.russoft.org
