Consortium "FORT-ROSS IT Services" together with RUSSOFT Association organizes a road show for Russian software companies over four regions of Germany at the later half of October 2003. Road show will be organized in the framework of the "Russian IT-seasons", which had been successfully conducted in the USA (in New York in November, 2002 and in five states of the East Coast of the USA in April 2003).
BITKOM Association (RUSSOFT's partner according to the Protocol of Cooperation, signed in October 2002 in Moscow) will become the main partner of the event from the German side. At the same time in each region there is a local partner - the Government or Trade Council of the correspondent city or German land - that will support the road-show.
The road show will start on the 21-22nd of October in Hamburg with the participation of Russian delegation at the seminar and match-making section being a part of the program devoted to sister-cities cooperation of St-Petersburg and Hamburg. On October 23-24th the Russian delegation will visit "Systems" (international ICT exhibition in Munich) where the seminar and meetings with potential customers will be organized. Afterwards on October 25th the delegation will leave for Frankfurt and Berlin. During the following four days the delegation will take part in the seminars devoted to exploring opportunities of cooperation between German and Russian companies in software development. The seminars will be followed by business meetings booked beforehand for every participating Russian company. All events will be promoted and supported by PR campaign.
The estimated number of German participants in every region is approximately 100 people. The road show will last from October 21st till October 29th, 2003.
