RUSSOFT Software Outsourcing Summit, www.soft-outsourcing.com, is the best known and the largest event in the field of IT outsourcing, offshore software development and international IT co-operation in Russia, CIS countries and Eastern Europe. Next spring, the third edition will be launched and it will be a unique opportunity because the City of St Petersburg will celebrate its 300th Anniversary. The Summit is expecting over 500 participants to St Petersburg from all Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, the Baltic States, Scandinavian countries, USA, Japan, Germany, etc. Over 300 companies will participate in the Summit and over 50 companies will show their products and technologies at the exhibition ground. The Summit is one of the largest international events in the field of IT in St Petersburg, and it grows by 50% every year.
