arvato systems, Reksoft business partner in Germany, hosted a one-day workshop "Offshore-IT made in Germany - Efficient Solutions for Software Enterprises".
The workshop brought together the executives of large and mid-size German enterprises interested in exploiting the benefits of IT outsourcing. The speakers touched upon the practical issues of outsourcing software projects and shared their successful experiences in offshore outsourcing.
Alexander Egorov, Reksoft CEO, presented the "offshore development center" (ODC) business model, which is one of the most common practices in organizing the outsourcing process. He gave examples of ODCs for European customers that have been recently built at Reksoft.
