The most important speaker is the Head of the CIO Collective of America - Stuart Robbins. In sections there will be reports by such Russian and international companies as Ingosstrah, JSC Automobile Plant URAL of the holding company RusPromAuto, Liggett-Dukat Gallaher Group Plc., Bank of Moscow, Power Machines Group - Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod (LMZ), (Silovie machine LMZ), ROSSI, Protek.

Simultaneously with these sections IT-service developers and providers may introduce their solutions for CIO on the stands and in the specialized section The Best IT Solutions, which will constantly go on in the foyer of the conference-hotel. More time will be left for appointed meetings with IT-service providers, according to B2B principle. The conference itself will generally be a place for discussion and for expression different views. At the same time, IT-directors will have an opportunity to meet the best IT-service providers, as all of them will be represented in the conference.

The concept of the conference is to discuss the main problems and branches of development of Russian software market from the point of view of consumers – representatives of big business and middle business, ministries and regional administrations.
