«Web Ready» Project Competition in the Sphere of Modern Internet Technologies

On December 17, 2009 Ingria Business Incubator will hold «Web Ready», an open competition for modern Internet technology projects.

All modern Internet technology projects can take part, including:

• Social media
  
• SaaS and cloud computing
  
• Mobile technologies
  
• Design of web-based computer games
  
• Web design
  
• Virtual reality
  
• eCommerce

Beginning entrepreneurs, authors of innovative ideas and leaders of projects in the sphere of modern Internet technologies are invited to take part. Projects at various stages of the project cycle are invited to take part:

• Business ideas, business plans or prototypes not in public access
  
  
• Internet-based projects, which are either not commercialized or haven’t reached out to a sufficient audience
  
  
• Start-up companies

The project will involve major experts of the Internet market and experts in the field of innovative investments, setting it aside from other similar events.
Winners will be selected in several stages:

• Semi-finalists will be selected by the experts who will study application materials
  
  
• Finalists will be selected by a special judge panel from among the selected semi-finalists
  
  
• The exhibition of projects will take place during the final on December 17, when the panel and the potential investors will see the best projects in actions, meet with their authors and select the ten finalists
  
  
• Best «Web Ready» projects will be selected during the final on December 17, after which the jury will award the prizes.

The special Audience Appreciation Prize will be awarded during the final as well.
