Russian Ministry for ÿcommunications and Informatization and BITKOM organize together the 1st Russian-German ICT Symposium (October, 22-23 2002, Moscow). It takes place in the frame of the InfoCom2002. A plenary session and three parallel forums on October, 23rd give the opportunity to discuss about experiences and future possibilities of cooperation in the ICT field between Germany and Russia.
