Fort-Ross IT Services, together with National Software Development Association "RUSSOFT", announce that they are organizing a Russian collective stand for software development companies at CeBIT 2003 trade-fair.
The stand is 102 square meters; it's located in the Hall 5, just by the entrance of the Hall 4. Stand number is A65.
Starting from September 2002, "Fort-Ross" had been promoting Russian collective stand by distributing invitations to foreign companies in order to meet them at the Russian stand. During CeBIT, on March 15th 2003, according to the partnership agreement, RUSSOFT and BITKOM will organize a seminar on perspectives of cooperation between Russia and Germany within IT industry. After the seminar, a party for VIP-guests will take place at the stand.
As a part of marketing campaign, the catalogue of stand's participants will be published and handed out during the fair.

Each package includes registration in the official catalogue of the exhibition (name, contact details). After registration, you receive a password for in order to access the Online Ordering System of Deutsche Messe AG where you can order additional information for the CeBIT catalogue (profile, display categories etc.), for which you will be charged separately

- working place (information desk with electricity and Internet connection, space for banners, flags or posters)
- access to the infrastructure of the stand - conference tables, cattering
- translation and technical services provided by the staff
- participation in the official program for Russian delegation (Russian seminar, party for VIP-guests)
- publishing of detailed profile in the catalogue of the Russian stand and on the web-site of Russian pavilion
Virtual participation, which includes:
- placing company poster on the wall and information hand-outs at the information desk of the booth
- possibility to use infrastructure of the stand (conference tables, catering) with lower priority comparing to full participants
- participation in the official program for Russian delegation (Russian seminar, party for VIP-guests)
- publishing corporate logo and hyperlink on the web-site of the Russian pavilion and brief profile (with only hyperlink as contact information) in the catalogue of the stand
