You are cordially invited to participate in the second U.S.- Russian IT Roundtable, to be attended by leading Russian and U.S. technology companies, on November 21, 2002, Hilton Hotel, San Jose, CA. This session, which had a successful start during the Bush-Putin Summit in Moscow in May, 2002, is sponsored by INTEL and the National Software Development Association RUSSOFT and supported by the Russian Foundation of IT Development and Mirantis (USA).

Participating keynote speakers include Congressman Curt Weldon, EDventure Holdings president Esther Dyson and Aberdeen Group Research Director Stephen Lane. In addition, notable organizations from both Russia and the U.S. will have representatives in attendance, including LUXOFT, VDI, Star Software SPb, Epam Systems, Telma, Spirit, and Lanit-Terkom from Russia and Intel, Mirantis, Boeing, CSC, Motorola, Gartner Group, PRTM, Texas Instruments and Relativity Technology from the U.S.

The objectives of the roundtable are to:
  • Promote cooperation between Russian and U.S. technology companies through education, presentations, and networking of people from both countries.
  • Showcase Russian software companies and present successful case studies between Russian and U.S. companies.
  • Prepare for the next U.S. Russian IT Roundtable in Q1 2003.
Meeting participants will discuss specific cooperation opportunities in assisting American companies in creating their presence in the Russian IT market, developing joint products for the global market, and encouraging technological cooperation with Russian software companies to provide business solutions to problems experienced by American companies in the U.S. and abroad.

Each topic will be addressed by both Russian and American executives that have achieved significant success in their enterprise partnership.

The working meetings will begin at 8:45 am and conclude at 6:00 pm. A dinner reception will follow at 6:30 pm.
