Getting too lazy? Get electric shock from Life+!
Russian developers are said to have created a smart bracelet called “Life+” to help motivate a user to continue studies or a game by applying… electric shock

The new gadget may be used in ‘goading’ its owner to keep on doing other things which require rigorous self-control, for example, losing weight.
Physical impact on the user is said to be small enough and therefore not dangerous. The owner of the bracelet can regulate the level of a shock he or she will get by setting controls to any mark from zero to maximum.
The ‘wonder-gadget’ is Bluetooth-controlled, and an app it requires can be downloaded to any of the devices people currently have. The Life+ developers have used an open-source API for other studios to be able to develop their own apps for the bracelet or improve on the existing one.
