Rostelecom plans to raise Russian hardware, software use

Rostelecom intends to found a corporate investment fund with USD 50-100 million for this purpose with the funds used over a period of eight to ten years. The national operator will also focus on equipment from foreign companies produced in Russia. Equipment of both types of origin is expected to form 60-70 percent of the company’s infrastructure.
