Ruselectronics and Moscow-based university collaborate in high tech

Dec 11, 2014
Ruselectronics, a large-scale Russian electronics maker, announced the signing of an agreement with the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) on the joint development of scientific and educational projects and production technologies for use in Russia’s high-tech sectors.

Under terms of the agreement, the partners will focus on setting up joint research centers, doing shared R&D, and implementing projects that call for the delivery of high technology goods and the rendering of educational services.

"The collaboration between Ruselectronics and MAI is our next step in preparing a cadre of skilled specialists for high technology industries. We want to begin the training of future employees as soon as possible and are therefore willing to expand our network of partner universities. On top of that, we expect to find interesting solutions that could be used at the holding’s assets," said Arseniy Brykin, the deputy CEO of Ruselectronics.

Ruselectronics also supports this year’s regional leg of the IT Breakthrough national competition of student’s projects in areas such as radio electronics, IT security, IT in medicine, IT in education, IT in the energy sector, and telecommunications.
