Moscow, 25 January 2006 - The CIO’s Collection is the new business forum of CIOs will take place at IEC "Crocus Expo" within the frameworks of international exhibition INTEROP Moscow 2006. The general tendency of the IT and business integration improves the status of the Chief Information. The modern conditions of work dictate the new strategic objectives such as the choice of investments directions and the increase of business benefit.
The international forum CIO’s Collection will be opened by the world-wide recognized CIOs. The foreign guests will share with forum’s participants their practical experience in such areas as company’s informational security, e-commerce, databases, IT-strategy and IT-infrastructure.

- Francis A. "Fran" Dramis, executive vice president, chief information, eCommerce & security officer for BellSouth Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. Mrs. Dramis is the expert in the informational security; he has created the e-commerce systems providing customer, supplier, and employee services via the Internet. Mrs. Dramis has been actively leading the transformation of technology at BellSouth. He partnered with the leaders of the business to complete a technology roadmap that now serves as the guide for technology investment prioritization. As one of the country's leading IT officers, Mrs. Dramis has been chosen several times in his career as a top CIO. His awards include CIO Magazine's Top 100 Leaders for the Next Millennium in 2000 and Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders in 2002.
- Vladimir Bogdanov, CIO of Musicland Group. His areas of expertise include large-scale content databases. As the President of All Media Guide (AMG), an entertainment information database company he co-founded in 1991. Mrs. Bogdanov has a Ph.D. in Mathematics and has extensively worked in the areas of Information Retrieval and cognitive sciences.
- Mykolas Rambus, the CIO for the W. P. Carey group of companies and since 2004 the first vice president for the W. P. Carey group of companies will take part in the forum. Mr. Rambus is responsible for managing all aspects of the group's information strategy and technical infrastructure. Prior to joining W. P. Carey, Mr. Rambus was the President and Chief Executive Officer of LOBBY7, a telecommunications software company that sells server products to North American and European wireless carriers.
