Sicap Partners with Reksoft to Further Expand into Russian and CIS Market

Sicap, a leading provider of software solutions for mobile operators, today announced a new partnership with Reksoft, a Russian software development company and systems integrator, to extend its product portfolio further into Russia and into the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Reksoft will use Sicap Device Management, Over-The-Air SIM card Management and Payment Services (Billing, Rating and Charging) solutions to supply customers in this rapidly growing market.
The partnership is set to strengthen Sicap's sales force and presence in the CIS market, providing product vendors, equipment manufacturers and leading and emerging mobile operators with the technology they need to effectively service and manage their network services and customers. Sicap's software is proven to enhance network manageability and generate additional revenue for mobile operators, is already being used in the region by companies such as Vimpelcom, Russia's fastest growing operator. Sicap was one of the first mobile applications providers to emerge. It was founded in 1995 as part of Swisscom, the main Swiss telecom provider. In 2000, Sicap was established as a separate company and counts Vodafone, O2, and T-Mobile as customers. Sicap also has regional experience with operators in Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Romania.
