Aug 22, 2008
According to the annual poll of job applicants for the 2008 HR Brand of the Year award, Exigen Services became one of the best employers in the region in the "Internet, Hard & Software" nomination.
Between December 3 and December 15, 2007, an annual poll of job applicants was held on Internet to identify their preferences among the leading employers on the Russian market. Over 12000 votes were cast in 20 industry-specific nominations. The final ranking of regional IT companies placed Exigen Services among the leaders.
The HR Brand of the Year award assesses projects implemented on the Russian markets using the commonly accepted worldwide requirements for efficient HR strategies. The applicant poll and a vote by the panel composed of top managers of recognized companies in the fields of brand development, recruiting and HR consulting are used to identify the best employers in Russia. Exigen Services submitted two projects for panel’s consideration: the IT School and the Management Skills program.
Elena Komarova, Exigen’s Director of Organizational Development and Personnel in Eastern Europe, had a reason not only to rejoice in the success of the company, but also to be proud of her own contribution: "Every day, we are working to create a favorable atmosphere in the team and to achieve full mutual understanding with every single employee. This work is not always visible from the outside, so it is doubly enjoyable to have our efforts recognized by the professional community."
